Permanent make up is changing!

the past few years have shown that the way in which technicians are doing brows has changed. The standard microblading or digital machine way of training will soon become obsolete, and people will want and need to train in a multi technique style that incorporates the hand held microblading tool with the digital handpiece.

All of the best permanent makeup artists incorporate both styles into their brow creations to create the perfect look and style for clients.

being trained in only one technique like microblading can be limiting as it cannot be performed on all skins.

the ever popular ombre brow is great to know, but mixing all the techniques into one is the ultimate in brow design and the most profitable skill set for the technician to have.

we do offer the individual microblading or machine style brows but due to the ever changing aesthetics industry and so our students can be at the top of their brow game we will soon be removing those individual courses to make way for this all new multi brow way of training.

What will the course entail?

This 4 day course will consist of training in both methods of microblading and digital machine PMU, how to mix them into the the ultimate combination style brow, and how to use them individually

course outlay:

pre home books for study before the course, we have selected what we believe to be the best guides on PMU and you will be sent these prior to training

Day one:

we will cover the skin's anatomy, pigment theory, machine and microbroblade use and techniques, drawing, shapes, marketing.

Day two:

Skin mat practice, hand to eye training, technique mixing, demo models performed by trainer.

Day three:

Model day

You will be required to supply 3 of your own models (free of charge to them) in which we will both (trainer and student) work on them together to style the brows and adjust your techniques to skin.

Day four:

4 weeks later you will be required to return to apply the top up technique to the models. we feel this is a very important part to good training as different skins can retain pigment differently and we can discuss why this happens and go over the top up session to ensure you will be fully comfortable carrying out clients alone at your clinic.

you will be assessed on this day also for the qualification to be issued

during the 4 weeks between initial training and the 4 week return you can carry out case study modes at your clinic, these case studies will also go toward your assessment. we do recommend a minimum of 4 hours skin sheet practice with your new skills prior to carrying out case study models.
