*BOOKING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE* we are as flexible as possible, but we do require a minimum of 48 hours notice for a treatment reschedule. If the cancellation is out of this time frame a new appointment and new booking fee will need to be applied. Thank you for your understanding and agreement.
