Others in its category range from £50-£150! **TIPS**1- Retinol is a very active ingredient and the skin needs time to adjust so to begin with using the Moisturiser 3 times per week, building it up over the weeks. If the skin becomes irritated (Retinol reaction) drop the usage back down again to every other evening whilst the skin adjusts. 2-SPF must be worn in the day when using a Retinol based cream.3- On first time usage to activate the pump top it needs to be pumped 15-20 times4-Why isn't my airless pump dispensing product?This products uses an airless pump technology. Airless pump dispensers utilize a vacuum system to dispense and keep the product within the container fresh. Airless packaging helps to keep air and contaminates out of the product, which enhances the formula's stability and effectiveness. When using your product for the first time, you may need to "prime" the dispenser. There is a disk that pushes the product to the top which can become stuck, and you may need to bang the bottom of the bottle 3-4 times on a flat-hard surface to loosen the disk, then pump the dispenser slowly about 15-20 times upside down. After it starts pumping you can pump right side up as normal.If the dispenser stops working at any time, simply repeat the "priming" step. We do not recommend attempting to dismantle the package. Please note that there is not supposed to be a "straw" in the packaging. If you only opened it once and were able to put it back together, the product should still be effective as long as it wasn't exposed to air for a very long period of time.💛PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:After 14 days, and up until 30 days following the date of purchase, we will only issue a store credit or even exchange for any unopened Merchandise in sellable condition.
